How the process works

We start by getting to know you. When you visit our offices for your pre-screening interview, we will meet with you to discuss your career aspirations, your work history and the successes and challenges you have faced over time. We are interested in knowing what you are ideally looking for so that we can determine which of our current or future openings may be that “perfect fit.”

We will assess your skills in communication and technical abilities to identify the areas you excel in and determine which areas we can help you improve.  We even offer free in-house tutorials to refresh your skills on software packages that you may feel need improvement.
