This Is The Part Of Your Resume That Recruiters Look At First

I like many other Talent Specialists, review an enormous number of resumes for the roles that I work on.  This article has some valid points that job seeking professionals should review to make your profile stand out from the rest. Your resume should market your talent and experience however it should also bring some of your personality. It is important to make sure the first part of your resume, (the summary) that we read makes HR professionals want to continue reading. It does not need to be over complicated or too wordy, think of it as a proposal highlighting what makes you the right person for the role. Once you get in the door, you will have the opportunity to elaborate on all your skills and experience.
